Our daily decisions to recycle, shop locally and support local trades is a huge step in the right direction, but there is still more that can be done and without a huge investment in time or money. Although the majority of our members are local businesses, we also offer individual memberships and have an active body of members in this capacity. The benefits of being a chamber member are far reaching and fun. We have a monthly luncheon where you are invited to network, socialize and get caught up on city activities with reports from the local leaders as well as a monthly sponsored informational presentation. We have annual events to attend, raffles, volunteer opportunities and so much more.

The chamber is an organization with a deep commitment to the town and our citizens. Most importantly, the chamber is people — people just like you who realize that through the chamber they can accomplish collectively what no one can do individually.

The strength of the chamber lies in developing a pool of resources from which to draw ideas, energy and direction to continue the spirit, enthusiasm and optimism that makes Smithville the place we all call home.
